Your Order Matters
Your order means a lot to us at ME Home. We are working hard to make sure your order arrives in a timely manner. Our store policies are outlined below. If we do not address your question or concern, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all sales are final and are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect the items upon delivery. Any damages or defects must be photographed and sent to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damages on the item as well as a photo of the box it arrived in. Damaged or defected items must be returned in the original box and packaging. In this case, we will have a replacement item shipped out as soon as possible.
Please note, back-ordered items and lead times are subject to change. Our team will notify customers with impacted items in their order as soon as we are made aware.
We offer flat rate shipping for all items excluding furniture and large items. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order that will include an order number, your selected shipping method, order details and ship-to address. As stated above, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way.
Once the manufacturer provides us with a tracking number for your we will pass that information along to you via email. The tracking number will include the shipping carrier. Please note that in some cases, your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
You can check for new order updates via the original confirmation email you received. Click the ‘View your Order’ button to see whether your order is processing, has shipped or has been delivered.

Artwork: Our hand-selected custom artwork is made-to-order with a 6-8 week lead time. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. If a lead time exceeds 6-8 weeks for any given product, you will be notified via email from our team.
Furniture: Furniture lead times vary. Please reach out to an order specialist by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the lead times for a specific item. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
Home Decor: Please allow for 10-12 business days to receive tracking information for the product ordered. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. If a lead time exceeds 10-12 business days for any given product, you will be notified by someone with the ME Home team.
Lighting: All lighting is subject to availability, and will typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. If a lead time exceeds 2-3 weeks for any given product, you will be notified via email from our team.
Oversized / Fragile Deliveries
Most of our furniture and large items will be delivered by a third party freight company. Lead times vary by vendors for fulfillment and delivery. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery representative will reach out to you directly to schedule a time to deliver your items. Please note: freight and white glove delivery fees may apply.
